Meet Jesus Monteagudo III

Jesus Monteagudo III is a third-generation Key Largo native with a lifelong connection to the Florida Keys and a passion for both real estate and construction. Proud of his Hispanic heritage and fluent in both English and Spanish, Jesus offers a dynamic and well-rounded approach to buying, selling, and building in the Keys.

Raised in a family of contractors and real estate professionals, Jesus was immersed in the industry from an early age. For over three decades, he’s called Key Largo home—living and breathing the island lifestyle while developing a deep understanding of the local market. Inspired by his family’s legacy, Jesus pursued a degree in Construction Management at Florida International University. After his studies, he returned home to continue the family tradition and earned his Florida State Certified General Contractor license.

Since 2013, Jesus has gained extensive hands-on experience with Construct All Building Services, working alongside his father on a wide range of residential construction projects. This experience has given him an edge in understanding the full lifecycle of a property—from concept and construction to listing and closing.

In 2016, Jesus expanded his career by diving into the real estate world. What started as a passion quickly became a full-fledged profession. He went on to earn his Broker’s license and has since built a reputation for personalized service, construction-savvy insight, and a strong commitment to his clients’ success. His specialty lies in working with investors to identify land or property opportunities ideal for building, selling, or renting. Whether it's high-end custom homes, spec builds, or waterfront investments, Jesus knows how to guide clients with care, transparency, and an eye for long-term value.

While the views and beauty of the Florida Keys are what often attract newcomers, it’s the strong, tight-knit community that keeps people here. Jesus plays an active role in local life, contributing annually to fundraisers and charitable events that support the Keys’ residents and small businesses.

Outside of work, you’ll find Jesus on the water—boating, fishing, or enjoying time with family and friends. Raised with the ocean as his playground, he has spent countless summers navigating to the Bahamas by boat, though he’ll always say, “While the Bahamas are beautiful, nothing compares to the Florida Keys. There’s something special about this island life we call home.”
